I don't believe that they have an email for consumers to use.

I've personally called the Johnson Outdoors number a couple of times and they have been pretty good about answering all my questions.

Uwatec usually just refer their customers to the nearest scubapro authorize dealership. Thats what happen to me when I got this error on my smartcom.

I've called them several times, and gotten through to a real person quite quickly. I wouldn't bother trying a general email address, even if one can be found. Save email for direct communications to a real person, as a followup to the telephone call.
