Well, I've got great news, I finally went and ordered the Scubapro Jet fins since I've diving with the twin jets, the material on the twin jets was made from the same material as the Jet fins.
![]() Also I want the negative feet rather then the floaty feet as I don't want to use ankle weights unless that is needed.

The foot pockets is different on the turtles. Not just the size but the shape and the way it fits. Jets have tall (vertically) pockets and more of your foot fits inside. Turtles have long and wide pockets and would fit some one who has size 13 feet. The turtles flopp a little as you kick the jets are more firmly attached. Actually the differences are subtle
If you look at the foot pocket of an XXL Jet compared to a Turtle the jet looks twice the size but actualy the jet is more "snug" on my size 10 DUI rock boots, I used Mares quatro fins but then I could not fit them over by drysuit boots so I got the Turtles. At first I used my normal flutter kick and all my buddies left me in their wake. I went to a slower but larger wide scissors kick and then was able to keep up again. Point here is that the difference from Turtle to Quatro is huge compared to difference between turtle/jets |

Same material being rubber, right? I got news for you, the Twin Jets are not nearly as rigid as Jets. Don't get me wrong, I've dove both and prefer Jets. It's just "different" fin. After three years diving Twins, my first few dives resulted in foot cramp, or two.
But I stand with the others. Jets rule the earth. |

Well, I just hope it fits over my Evo3 boots. Plus, I'll have to go do some pool work with the drysuit since I have never dove with the jet fins.

Boot fit was the deciding factor for me. I dove XXL Jetfins for a while, as XLs were just too small for my boots. I suffered a lot of "slop" in my kicks, and a lot of jokes about how I could row home in my foot pockets if anything went wrong with the boat. The Turtles are a nice in-between size, and turned out to be a much better fit.
FWIW, I wear size 13 Converse high top Chuck Taylor All-Stars over my neoprene drysuit socks. |

Fit tends to be the biggest issue with Jets. The XL's are too small for a lot of people (I barely fit them myself), and the XXL's are an enormous step up in size. Thus the Turtles, which are an in-between size that is lacking from the ScubaPro size lineup. |

What size are your feet Roy?
I am selling a 2 year old set of Jets with spring straps. Honestly fewer than 4 dives. I have 2 sets of jets, and these are a little snug with the hard soled boots I now wear. I am a size 10 and the fins are large. Edit: See you are a 10. You'd be better off with the XL I think.
