I'm not aware of any actual lists of stats.

Apollo bio fins are negative, as any natural rubber fin will be.

Atomic splits are close to neutral, very slightly negative with spring straps.

What else do you need?

me neither, but I can tell you that the Tusa Zooms are ever so slightly negative... they are really really close to being neutral...

so

bio fins - very negative
atomic splits - close to neutral
tusa zooms - close to neutral (freshwater)

Mares Quattros are slightly negative with spring straps. I'm not sure about without.

Scubapro Twin Jets (yellow) are positive with spring straps in fresh and salt water. I think all the twin jets except black are positive.
