Light Sensitivity

I have been diving for over 30 years and recently had lasik eye surgery. An unfortunate side effect has been greater sensitivity to light.

I just completed a short vacation to Costa Rica where I had a chance to dive a few times and found that my eyes were even more sensitive during diving, especially around the surface. I guess the combination of briny water and sun wasn't to good for my eyes.

Does anyone know of any equipment options for folks that have light sensitiviy? I liked to try a few solutions before a trip to Raj Ampat in October.

Are you a DAN member? If so, I would contact them via phone or email and pose your question directly with their medical professionals concerning LASIK and diving, given the symptoms you describe.
