Looking for new prescription mask for big head - Scuba Forum

Help. I am looking for new prescription mask. Anybody have any ideas?

Background:

I have a huge head. I've tried on the new liquid skins from mares and they fit great, other than i cannot reach my nose. Yuppers. I have a flat nose and its kinda hard to equalize if i cant reach my nose. The mask I am currently using is from IST, i think, the one with the metal frame around it. Anyways, please help.

Have you tried the regular old mares x-vision? I have one of those with a prescription. I have a large head too (no ego analysis intended) and it fits fine.

It is pretty low volume and close to you face so I have the opposite problem you have - I have a long nose and it just makes it. The end of my nose pokes the silicone just a little bit. So, I'm thinking it might be a good fit for you.

rxdivemask in New York is run by a diver. He'll take the time to suggest masks that will fit well and be able to hold the prescription lenses.
