sure ForceFins will fit very well. I have a 13EEE and I can wear them very comfortably. If you want to wear a standard 3mm bootie, the L should fit, but you might want to try the XL, I think you might be right on the edge and the best solution might be an XL with a comfort instep to snug up the top some.
