wha fins to get for girlfreind

I would suggest the personal gear, mask,fins, snorkel get local so you know hey fit .

I would get her a gift card or take her to ST's or LDS and let her try everything on then purchase it for her.

If you're just wanting a recommendation, I would suggest the TUSA tri-ex fins and maybe a TUSA splendive-II mask. Both come in great girlie colors like pastel pink. My daughter LOVES hers. And they both came from Scuba Toys. They have other colors too, but pink is popular.

Face it, many women are as concerned with "good looking" gear as they are about "good quality". If she's happy wearing it, she'll be apt to dive more and enjoy diving more.

Id get her a Giftcard to your LDS and let her pick and choose what fits her and what she likes..its the only solid way to make sure shell get something that fits and she likes - this will also make her want to dive more when she has gear she likes

My wife and I ordered our personal gear packages through ST..Wife is 5'1" and 105 so fit was an issue.. She ended up with small Tusa Zooms, and the kids version of the Genesis Panview. All has worked out for her, and the $$ were about half of what the LDS wanted for comparable gear..
