Fit is everything. Sounds like your current mask doesn't fit well.
A mask is something that really has to be tried on in person until you find a model that fits. Someone in a good shop (such as ScubaToys) should be able to help you find the one that fits. If you bought your mask from ST, on the other hand, I'd take it back and see if they'll exchange it for one that does. |

I think it's common to have small leaks because if you smile your cheeks will form a line that the mask can't seal, but major flooding should not be common.
<DIV></DIV> <DIV>I can do an entire dive of about an hour without clearing my mask once unless I smile, then it's flood city. I've tried many masks and none seem to stop that flood when I smile. Oh how I've tried to find a fix.</DIV>
