Visualator Rocks!
I finally got to try out my new mask - a Tusa Visualator. I was worried that it might be hard to clear because it is higher volume than my prior two masks, but it didn't leak. What a world of difference having a mask that fits! My other masks have seemed fine in the shop, but once I put a regulator in my mouth water leaks in between my cheeks and nose. This one didn't fill up, so I didn't have to spend the whole dive doing mask drills.

If you get another, buy it with a different skirt color. For instance, if you have a clear skirt, get black. This way, you'll have one for each kind of dive you do. Photographers prefer black skirt masks to keep out ambient light. Clear skirts are good for "lighting-up" an otherwise dark environment.

CheddarChick - I have a really nice XScuba "Metro" low-volume mask with a black skirt that I'd be willing to trade. The dive shop said it is the very best mask they've found for fitting the most people perfectly, but it is a little narrow for me and leaks around the nose when I smile because of my chipmonk cheeks. |

I'm telling you guys we ought to start a mask exchange..My problem is it never seems to leak above 30'..After 30' Katie bar the door.....And since I can't get below 30' for awhile (not going to get to dive in the near future) I'm not sure what to do....I promised Cheddarguy I wouldn't add to the collection for awhile
