Looking for a new mask (for a small face)

I'm in the market for a new mask. My Scubamax mask has done OK, but it is a little leaky, and I think its because it doesn't fit my face well. I've seen a few new masks come out that are made for smaller faces - any recommendations?
Also, do the black silicone masks fit better? It seems like the rubber/silicone? is more flexible than the usual clear ones.

I have a narrow face and use a Cressi Sub Focus. Love that thing to death. Low volume and narrow skirt.

I also have a small face and I use the Tusa Splendive IV. It works a heck of a lot better than the Mares X-Vision did on me. It was way to wide for my face. You live and learn I guess.

Just look for a mask with a "mid-size" skirt, like the Mares X-Vision Mid, or the Atomic masks with the mid skirt. Be sure to try them on in the shop to make sure the fit is good.

My wife has such a small face she had to go for a children's mask. There's really no difference but the size... so if the even thye mid-skirt masks are too small, you can try that route. My wife fit the AquaLung Tyke Midi better than any of the regular adult masks.

You should look at the atomic masks, they are very low profile and have two sizes one of them being small. Try it they are great masks.

Have you tried the X-Vision Mid? (X Vision Mid Skirt Mask, Dive Masks, Mares, X Vision Mid Skirt Mask) I have the fullsize version and absolutely love it, so if this one fits your face it would definitely be a winner.

Oceanic Mini-Shadow is great for smaller faces. However, they are known to come with quite a thick coating on the glass that requires quite heavy cleaning before you dive it for the first time or they'll fog like you wouldn't believe.

I have a smaller face and I found the Cressi Big Eye a great fit. It also has a nice feature where the lenses are tilted inward at the bottom so I can see my gear by looking down just slightly....helps when your not exactly sure where everything is.

I also recommend the Atomic Frameless for small faces. Black or clear is a personal choice. I found that the clear Atomic yellows a bit over time. I am a photographer and the clear mask was bad because it let in peripheral light that made it harder to look through the camera viewfinder. On night dives, I could also see my tank light blinking through the mask skirt. I replaced my clear mask with a black one.
