Rx Mask

I learned I have naturally occuring monovision. Right eye sees good close up, left eye does better further away. Does anyone have any ideas what kind of prescription mask I'd need for that condition?

I would contact Sea Vision I have one of their mask with my prescription including bifocals and really like the mask. Not sure about the monovision part of it, but contact them and they can tell you if they can help or not.

The splendive II & IV bothw will do prescriptions. You can order them with certain ones & have them put in for you.

I have Rx lenses for my Cressi Big eye-it really makes diving a possibility in my case.

My LDS deals with installing RX lenses in masks, if you have one similar you might just want to give them a quick ring to see if they have heard how well monovision can be corrected in mask lenses?

It should be able to be corrected so long as you know your prescription in each eye. I have a Mares X-Vision with prescription lenses and DiveOptics bifocal inserts for reading my gauges.

I guess I will also throw in that AquaLung makes RX lenses for their masks too.. since I don't know what your LDS carries, we may as well cover the ones we know about in addition to those listed above!
