Scubapro makes the Wide Vu mask. I have a buddy that uses one...best mask he's ever had.

I've got a big face (which matches the rest of me), and I recently bought the Tilos frameless mask from Scubatoys. Not only is it a great fit, but it's relatively inexpensive, fits in a pocket if I want it as a backup, is low profile so it's easy to clear, and it got top ratings from Scuba Diving magazine for providing one of the widest viewing angles... peripheral vision with the mask is very good.

Tilos Frameless Mask, Dive Masks, Tilos, Tilos Frameless Mask

The Tusa "M-14 Visualizer" is about as big and wide as they come. I've got one wth a black skirt.
I love the Tusa in black especially works well for u/w photo and hunting...
