Thanks for starting this thread Bobby, I was going to, just hadn't got to it yet.

North Central, WV here. I have been to Mt.Storm many times and Summerville Lake just as many. But I have also been to Lake Rawlings VA and Portage Quarry Ohio.

We like to go to new places.

Well it's official, I'm now certified, just got back home from Rawlings and it was great, not too cold, about 63 degrees, got down to 50ft after the class was done, didn't think to look at the temp though. Miss Nicky is kind of cool. Cant wait for my other half to get certified so we can go back together.

My dive season is over, for now, but maybe we'll have enough DW divers to get a Rawlings trip together in the spring.

Thanks guys, I know I will be going back to rawlings with the wife to do her cert dives in the spring for sure, and yes it's going to be a long winter. One of the guys I met though has his own boat and he really wants to go out to the light tower though before it gets too cold so I may get that in before it gets too cold, anyone know the temps out there by chance?

I like to dive at Rawlings but I'm in NC, do I count? :-)

From central Ohio here. Just got certified and should be getting my C-card in the mail any day now. I hope to dive the Ohio quarries, Lake Erie, and possibly Summersville Lake.

Send me a pm of your Summersville Lake plans and I will try to get out there with you. I have dove the lake many times and know it well.
