It is awfully quiet here in the MAD divers forum...I guess this means there is a lot of dry gear in here...

Its starting to snow here in Springfield, Ohio and the water is just too cold. Does anyone have any info on Mt. Storm? My YMCA instructor will hopefully start our Rescue class in the next several weeks and that will help winter scuba withdrawal but I'm ready for a weekend dive trip if air temps would moderate and the water is warm at Mt. Storm!

I am not sure what the temps are...I have a feeling I am going to brave the trip up there this month. Even tho I just got back from Mexico, I am not satisfied! I am going to shoot for the end of Feb to head up there...if anyone wants to freeze with me you are more than welcome!

JayJudge from SCUBAboard will be going up there with a group this weekend, so when he lets me know what the water temps were I will post them here.

dry gear is right!

haven't had a chance to get wet since my ear problems last summer - hoping to pick it up in the spring and do some local stuff and get down to myrtle beach in may

Hoping to get in the water in April. Yes, my gear is getting lonely. I may have to go downstairs and remind them that I still care.

There are good things and bad things about being a divemaster. One of the good things is that I have been in the pool at least every other weekend. It's not really diving, but I am getting geared up and wet. Last 40 dives my max depth is 11 ft
