I agree, and honestly it does me good to type out things like that, and not be ashamed to admit my faults publicly. I know I'm a novice diver, and I have TONS of learning to do. Hopefully, someone else may read and learn from my errors. If my post prevents even ONE person from making the same mistakes, it's all worth it to me. When someone talks about the "perfect" dive, I don't learn anything, but when someone talks about a dive gone wrong, I learn a lot. My thinking is that every dive I make, I'm gaining experience, and for every bit of experience I gain, there's someone out there who has less.

We look forward to diving with you Phil.

Here's a couple of pics I snapped. I didn't get many, with all the equipment fuss and all, but I thought these were cool. The first one is my wife at the steps, and the second is snagel. I thought it was cool how the bubbles made the effect of swimming in a cloud of marshmallows.

Actually, it's kinda nice. You can gear up in the parking lot, and walk right in on the steps.

I'm thinking it's a little closer to the dam than we were. If I'm thinking right, there is a line going from the shore down. Not sure how deep, but I believe the license plate is there. Maybe I'm thinking of something else.

Yeah, I think I remember cummings66 saying he'd looked for it, and followed two different lines down trying to find it.

Lake Diver, exactly where is it?
