Closest dive site to St. Louis

I was wondering what the closest dive site to St. louis was? Is it Mine LaMontte? I would love to sneak out for just a day and dive someplace close.

Mine La Motte is probably the closes to St.Louis, and right now is probably the best time to go, as it is still not too cold, but the party crowd will be gone.

Yup I was thinking the same thing. I just wanted to see if there was anyother places out there.

I was looking for a dive I can do just for a day or an afternoon. I'll soon have a new baby and will be sticking close to home.
