The Zeagle Escape BCD is ideal for both travel and local diving, The Zeagle Escape BCD features a compact design for warm or cold water use. It incorporates the new 20-lb capacity EZ-Lock weight system, as well as a 20-lb capacity rear weight system.

Oh yes! The brigade is still my fav in the zeagle line. Sturdy, flexible, you can swap bladders - go doubles, more attachment points, tougher. Material... The brigade will stay in our line up.

Does the Escape allow you to match waistbands with shoulder straps like the Brigade does?

The Escape is not capable of handling double tanks, and does not have changable shoulder sections. It is basically a Scout BC with a front weight system...

Thanks, that's cool since one of the issues I'd read with the scout was that people wanted some more weight capacity in the front to balance out the back weight pockets. Zeagle really seems to be paying good attention to feedback on their stuff...


Also, could you explain how the EZ-lock system is set up? I poked around on the Zeagle site but couldn't find a description of how it works...
