DSS Kydex plate

Has anyone dived the DSS Kydex plate? I have the DSS SS plate and love it. Just curious.

It's a great warm-water plate when you don't need the extra weight or when you need to pack light (travel). I've got a kydex and stainless plate and use them both frequently depending on the dive and my config (doubles, single, etc.).

I use my Kydex plate for warm water diving, with both single and double tanks. I like how light it is in the luggage, and so far, it seems to stand up to carrying doubles around just fine.

Can't find it's actual weight on the website? Is it much lighter than Al or travel plate?

Tobin said the medium is 1.6lbs so its pretty much lighter than everything except for the oxycheq travel BP which is not hard material and not what i consider a BP

One of the great things about the Kydex plate is that it has a little flex in it -- This has proven very useful for me when I've had to use doubles with short bolts.
