Well, as A NYC resident, I went to leisurepro today to see what size I really wear. Now before everyone says that it's a tasteless move, I was of the opinion that I wore a medium. Being that scubatoys has no mediums, I just wanted to see if I could get away with wearing a small. Well, the small fits me, though it is just a little short in the torso. LP said that they would price match, but if I buy, I'll get it from Larry since this deal is possible because of his efforts.

Now here's my dilemma, I also tried on the 5mm Henderson Thermoprene. That one fits me like a glove. I was going to get the pinnacle because I was thinking of diving the wrecks off of LI at some point. However, I was thinking, with the thermoprene, I can always layer it with my 3mm core warmer. I'd probably get more usage out of the 5mm as well as I could see myself using it more often on trips then the 7mm. So, what to do, get the pinnacle, which everyone seems to agree is one of the most well made suits or get the henderson, which may be more useful from a practicality standpoint. Choices, choices.... Any opinions would be helpful

No one has said that the Henderson wasn't well made also. The fact is that it is also very well made. Next thing is a deal is only good if you need the item so the real question is what you really need and if it fits within your budget. It may be that the best overall solution is to have a 7mm, 5mm and the core warmer.

Just ordered one a few days ago. Should be here tomorrow! It's one hell of a deal. Unbeatable.

Why does this say item not available when you add it to the cart?

Just received the suit. What a score! Mine came with kevlar knee pads, brass zippers. This is the real deal. Big props to ST!
