 The Sentinel is one of the neatest octo's around. This reg will breath either right side up, or down due to the side exhaust. This makes it much easier to share air without worrying about regulator orientation. The 48 inch hose is a foot longer than standard octo hoses, but folds up nicely in the stretchy stowe that comes with a velcro attachment to keep your hoses streamline - while still giving you the maximum comfort and control in out of air situations....
