Amigos has a good operation. Ecological is a good DS as well.
If you do the night dives you will most likley go to Hol Chan. Most of the operators on AC do their night dives at this location. If you ask they might take you to another site but you would have to work it out in advance.....

The night dive at Hol Chan is lovely. I've done it 4 times. It's a really easy shallow dive which basically means hardly any bandwidth is used on the skills to do the dive, and you can focus on the critters you are seeing. I did it with Ecologic and liked them as an op because we seemed to have the smallest group for the night dive, so it wasn't an underwater light saber battle, but a peaceful and enjoyable experience.

I did Hol Chan with the op at Journey's End. Wouldn't reccomment the op, but do the dive. You'll see stingrays and a giant parrot fish. I also saw several eels. Way cool. The swim out is into the current, so it will make up about 90% of your dive, you just coast back with the current in a couple of minutes. It is only about 20 ft deep, but it is a good dive.
