Tusa RS-130 in Cold Water

I'm considering buying my first reg and am thinking about the Tusa RS-130. Reasonable price and folks on the forum seem to like it. I primarily dive in Lake Champlain in Vermont. The water can be a bit cool: 50s & 60s in the summer, and I've done some fall diving with the water temp at around 46 degrees. Any thoughts on whether or not the RS-130 is a good reg at these temperatures? Thanks for your advice.

I wonder if you got an answer to that? I plan to dive in Monterey where the temp is usually in the mid to lower 50's but sometimes upper 40's.
