Do you need a special reg for Nitrox?

Thinking about a Nitrox class but in brousing regs, I sometimes see some advertised that say 'nitrox compatable' but I thought that any reg will work with nitrox.
FWIW, both my regs are Scubapro MkII (unbalanced piston first stage)- R190.

Any reason these won't work with Nitrox?

Also, all 3 dve computers we have are nitrox compatible

Your regs (Scubapro Mk2) are good upto 40% nitrox.
