I recently brought this set up from a friend. Im going to take it in for service of course.

Since the scubapart parts warranty isnt transferable.

How much is reasonable for annual service ?

How much for the part kits ?

You don't say what you have for an octo but figure $15 to $20 each for the Mk25 and the S555 kits. An R-series octo should run $10 to $15. I'd guess dealer cost is about half the midpoint of each of those ranges.

If they are still in warranty, you might want to get your friend to take them in for you. Once you know they are up to snuff, you shou7ld be able to go 2 - 3 years before another service if you take good care of them.

Edit: For labor costs, I'd expect $20 to $25 per stage. Make sure you get all these costs up front so there are no surprises.
