They called themselves Guerrilla Divers.
Composed of elite divers with Macho mentalities, back when men were men, and FEAR was a lispy companion of the common Man. It was a time before insurance liabilities, lawsuits or beauracratic regulation of the "sport".
Guerrilla divers didn't need "Buoyancy Compensator Vests". In fact, "Anyone who needs a BC deserves to drown" was a popular adage.
Exploration and the Hunt came first, excitement and fun followed. Safety was the stepchild of fitness, good reflexes and a cool head.
This was a time of great Adventure.

With the Oceanic, you could get the dry valve thing. You might also look at the Zeagle Flathead, or the Scuba Pro G250V, or the Dive Rite 3000, or maybe the Mares Abyss.Sherwoods last forever...so far.

Gee... I can think of a shop that sells and service both!
Yes, Although sometimes its nice to have a local shop for quick problems and Larry, I don't see the Sherwood Magnum on your pages...

Also, Joe gave me a good package price on an Oceanic setup and I think I may just sway that way.

ST is real good about ordering things from the companys they carry....they don't list everything possible on the web pages. I've ordered a number of items not on their web site ... takes an extra week or so to get them.

Yep. Just call Joe.

Any SCUBA gear from any dealer. Heck, he'd probably order non-SCUBA stuff as well, so long as it doesn't require a license (like firearms), illegal, or pron. Want a new bar-b-que grill? Need another fishing reel? How about some fine cookware? Call Joe.

And...you get that 10% discount.

But, back to the question, look at that Aeris Atmos Pro

I really like this one, the swivel is a nice feature. I got one for my wife from ST, but they didn't have any when I bought my reg, so I got a GT3, but I prefer the Pro.

You get a 10% discount for posting on these here forums. Just tell Joe or whoever takes your order, or include something like 'forum 10% discount' on your first online order. They should note that on your customer record, so you'll enjoy a 10% discount on future orders too.

New to diving but have dove with scuba pro and Tusa. The Tusa has been great.. I have the RS-340. has a larger hose so if feels easier to breath. Wife has the RS-240 and she loves it.. the mouthpieces are great as well
