Dive Rite vs Zeagle

I would like some imput on whether to go with a Dive Rite RG2500 setup or Zeagle Flathead VI setup....will eventually be used for tech diving.

Both have been replaced by newer models, so I would expect a discount on either.

The first stages are both more than adequate, but you might prefer the hose routing on one over the other. I think the DR might have a swivel turret, while the Zeagle doesn't. Some like the swivel and the flexibility. Others don't care and see it as something else to break at a bad time.

As far as the 2nd stages go, I have used both and personally prefer the way the Zeagle breathes. I would try them both if you can, since 2nd stage feel seems to vary from person to person.

I would get the Zeagle, but it's based more on personal preference than some obvious technical difference.

I like the Zeagle for the simple fact thier products are top shelf and have world class customer service. I bought my first Zeagle this year and they have earned my future business.
