Time for a new reg
I've been diving with the oceanic omega since 1988. I learned to dive on it and have taken it all over the world and love it!! However, it's been rebuilt 4 times and I am starting to get concerned about being able to continue to get parts to service it and have decided to bite the bullet and get a new reg.
Has anyone used the aqualung kronos? While I would love to get another side exhaust what I care more about is it breathing as easily as my omega does in any position... I've been know to turn over on my back to get that elusive photo!! ![]() I would also like something lightweight since all of my diving involves traveling outside the US.... I checked out the mares proton at DEMA and it looked pretty nice. A few of my friends use aqualung and love them. My LDS doesn't carry zeagle and I like the idea of taking it in to them at the last minute for a trip if it needs a quick tune up.
