Is an Aeris Atmos Pro a "cold water reg"

I'm thinking of picking up an Aeris Atmos Pro and saw it was an environmentally sealed 1st stage. Does this qualify the reg as a "cold water reg"

2nd noobie question, I live and dive around Puget Sound and the water is cold, however, is it cold enough to require a "cold water reg"

Thanks everyone!

The environmental kit is for cold or funky water - and that reg should be fine for your diving. Overall, cold is defined as about 42 degrees and below for most manufacturers.
