Anyone dive with Hollis regs?

Hello,
Im currently considering purchasing a new reg. I was looking at the new hollis regs dc1 and dc2. My other options is going to be the zeagle flathead VI. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I had the same problem as you, it was always impossible to find anyone who uses Hollis Gear to get their opinions. From the reviews I've found of the company, they seem to make pretty sturdy equipment. It would never hurt to try them out, however, as the previous poster mentioned, Zeagle Flatheads are fairly well reviewed and would probably be your safest bet.

Hollis is a relatively new company so their are not tons divers with their regs yet to give reviews, but it is a company owned by Oceanic so you can't go wrong.

I believe Scuba Diving Mag reviewed this reg in their July issue.

Thanks for all the feedback. I did read the scuba mag review on them which peaked my interest. Didnt know oceanic owned them though.

Ill be heading to a LDS to check out the Zeagles. I remember the stage 2 was on on the large side compared to some other regs. Ill post back later.

I think I'd trust them completely based on who the parent company is. I think you couldn't go wrong.
