Poseiden Regulator

Does Scuba Toys service Poseiden regulators? My local LDS claims parts are too hard to come by and will no longer service it. I emailed the rep and he claims parts are available just a little slow coming out of Sweden. I want to get it serviced to use on my new pony bottle.

Yes, they do. I sent my Poseidon Odin to them last year for service, got it back 10 days later. Great service, excellent work.

If they don't any longer contact Lone Star Scuba in Dallas, ask for Randy D., he services the line.

I called the store this morning before they opened and left a voicemail in the "general" mailbox. Within two hours I had a return call with all of my questions answered. That is some great service. BTW, Scuba Toys does service poseiden. Now if I can only find the form they mentioned located somewhere on the website....

Here you go...........

http://www.scubatoys.com/store/regs/regrepairform2.pdf

On the Reg Repair page, third paragraph about half way down highlighted in blue.

Put a note with the reg to Tom asking him to ship you some of his hamburgers when the regs are done.

10 days?
My Poseidons have been in the shop since last may. They are blaming the US supplier, and he is blaming them. I have written Sweden, and they respond well to e-mails, but no faster service on my reg's. I have a feeling the US rep is trying to play me against my shop.
http://regtechscuba.com/ could be an alternative for those who want Poseidons but don't have a service rep near them.

Is your reg at Scuba Toys? The problem you described is exactly what I am experiencing in Georgia. There is a lot of finger pointing going on but no parts. I definately will not purchase another poseiden regulator or anything else they make.

I have been VERY pleased with Zeagle and my new Envoy Deluxe.
