Time 4 a new reg
Hi all I'm glad i found this informative forum
I'm planing on replacing my Conshelf XIV i purchased in the late 70's and am having a hard time deciding on a new reg, I'm considering: Aqua Lung Legend LX ACD Supreme Aqua Lung Kronos Supreme Apeks XTX Tungsten Zeagle Z7 I dive in Canada with water temps around 40 f. to depths of 100ft. and in Mexico water temp 75 to depths of 115ft. I am also planing on taking the nitrox specialty this year. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated Paverdude |

Pav, which of those can you easily get serviced near where you are? that's a major consideration to take into account!
Sorry, I have no experience with those regs. But just wanted to add some food for thought! ![]()

I don't think you can go wrong with any of them. Not a fan of Aqualung mainly due to their online policies so getting parts and such on your own could be a PIA. Not sure about the Apeks other than the stellar reputation. Zeagle has terrific online support and policies as well as upgrade programs if you decide to move up in the future.

I'm not a big fan of Aqualung either. My preference for the ones that you listed, especially if you may be going the tech route, would be the Apeks. I personally am a big Scubapro fan and would be hard pressed to use anything else. If any of your LDS service Scubapro, I would check them out.
