Really flexible hoses

Does anyone make a "really" flexible second stage hose? I was going to get a longer hose, but my LDS suggested against it. I find when I turn my head to look around, the hose I have wants to push and pull the reg out of my mouth.

Thanks.

The miflex hoses are definitely the most flexible things out there. There are really only two types of hoses: these, and all the stiff ones.

I too vote for the Miflex hoses. They still have a lot of flex even when pressurized. I saw a guy tie one in a knot and still dive with it. Great stuff from what I've seen. I'm giving thought to getting a 7' to try out.

I'm trying to figure out the OP is a shill for Miflex, since he came in with pretty much an advertising pitch for Miflex. LOL

To the OP: Yes, Miflex is exactly what you're looking for. They're pretty darned cool, and can help with the very problem you're describing.

This hose is fully pressurized:

That is pretty slick CD.

Wonder if you could do a daisy chain type of coil to keep your octo out of the way until needed.

We switched out all of our hoses for Miflex and totally think it was worth every dime. We used to have reg pull from our old hoses and now its as if the regs aren't even ON hoses! I also love that my octo hose stays relaxed during dives instead of being stiff under my arm. And for travel, you can now coil regs up as tight as you want to fit into smaller spaces and not worry about hurting the hose.

I use a 40-inch Miflex routed under my right arm. Before Miflex, my reg always felt like it was being pulled. I remember many, many times, when i felt the pulling and turned my head to determine if I was caught on something. The Miflex resolved that issue immediately.
