Oceanic Alpha8 CDX5 v/s Tusa RS-130

I purchased a Tusa RS-130 a year or so ago at the recommendation of the Scuba Toys staff and because of the positive reviews that I read on this forum about it, and it has proven to be a great reg,... especially considering the price. I just recently purchased an Oceanic Alpha 8 CDX5 reg because I was looking for a good quality and low priced enviro sealed reg. I am kinda courious since both of these regs have several positive comments about them on this forum as to which one would score the better of the two on a breathing test machine. I havent had a chance to use the Oceanic Alpha 8 yet and was courious of how it will compare to the Tusa RS-130.

I believe they are both in the 1.3 WOB range. I doubt breathing wise you will notice much difference.

In fact, I think you will be best positioned to give us a comparison of the two regs once you have tested the Oceanic regs.

I agree,.... but as each persons perception of an easier breathing reg will sometimes vary, a breathing machine will keep the variables exact. But I actually do plan on doing some real world comparisions of the two pretty soon and I'll give my unscientific results.
