Could not take it anymore.......

I kept eyeing the flathead VI and ordered one last night from ST. I haven't herd anything bad about them and I like the fact that it is a company base out if the USA.
I kept looking at different setups and could never make my mind up. After reading and reading and reading some more I finally told myself rather then buy a cheap regulator now and upgrade later just bite the bullet now!

Nice!! I recently switched to my husband's Flathead VI (when he got a new Flathead 7) and absolutely LOVE it!! I had used an Envoy for years and really loved it, but when my husband HAD to have the new 7, I shrugged and decided I'd use his VI. Definitely a noticeable difference between the Envoy and the VI...and the Envoy is a great reg!

You'll be happy with how easy of a breather the VI is in ANY position you put your body, including completely inverted. It is a very dry breather, and delivers air smoothly and perfectly.

Congrats, you won't ever regret your decision.

I have a Flathead 6 and I would have to agree that it is an awesome regulator.

This is driving me up the wall I want to get in the water! I might get some air and jump in a local river just to test it out.
