I'm curious too

The Oceanic EOS is the reg I've been really looking at so I am curious as to everyone's feedback as well. I've been comparing it to the Atomic M1 (which is a nice regulator in and of itself).

Couple of the guys at ST recommended the EOS and I have to say from what I've read about it I am liking it. Plus with it being on sale right now can't really go wrong.

If you want the specs, details, and even the manual - Oceanic has them posted on their site. Oceanic Worldwide - EOS Pneumatically Balanced Scuba Diving Regulator

I am really curious as to the feedback of EOS users.

I have 2 Atomic M1's and love em, but my next reg will be the Oceanic EOS....really breathes like a dream...

If your LDS sells Oceanic, see if you can test dive one. If not, you won't be disappointed...IMHO

I have Oceanic EOS that I really like, it breaths like a dream. Sometimes I forget I am breathing underwater due to the ease of breathing, and the swivel on the second stage. However I am venturing into technical diving and I need a regulator with a 7' hose. Oceanic makes a 7' hose but it's expensive and a special order item, not something I want if the hose breaks on a dive trip.

If someone is interested I am asking $500 including shipping, this includes the din connection along with the DVT yoke connection. Your LDS or Scubatoys can easily put the DVT yoke on the first stage. I will also include UPS ground shipping too. My email address rich.clay@att.net

Tell you what

When I am down at ST today I will ask them about servicing fees on the EOS as well as cost to get it setup to handle both warm and cold water diving.

Oceanic has a lifetime parts program.
I own 2 Delta 4 FDX10 regs. This is the same first stage as the EOS uses.
I just had my regs serviced at my LDS and it was $45. including service on my Integrated Octo.
As for servicing it for warm and cold water the first stage it environmentally sealed so it is ready to go for cold water and there is nothing more to do for warm water diving.
As for the breathing capabilities of the reg it is one of the easiest breathing regs available today easily in the top 10 probably top 5 when tested on the machine.

Does this warranty from Oceanic for lifetime parts would be honored if I purchased reg from person and used?
