My husband has the TUSA but he hasn't dived with it yet.

I'm a new diver so I don't have much information!

Aqua Lung Titan LX never had a problem with it.

The 10% forum discount doesn't come off of sale items does it? On the sale item page it says no other discounts apply. I assumed this meant the forum discount as well.

Nope, I've only been diving for about 14 months. Use the antique reg I accidently bought on eBay.
What kind of reg did you get?
I love old antique regs that work.
Aqua Lung Conshelf XIV, Danon Viper Octo, don't know about first stage.

I like the zeagles as well, only thing is they are pretty heavy, which is great, you know its a well made reg, but may be a bit more than what you need. It is a great reg though.

I personally am partial to my oceanics, i run 2 GT3's with 2 CDX-5s on my doubles and they have been great from diving under the ice, to diving in mexico.
The Neo is a nice reg from oceanic if you decide to go that route.

Edit to add: another reg that you could look at too that you didnt mention is the sherwood brut ($318). Sherwood makes a very reliable, solid working reg. Our club here uses a ton of bruts and they are great.

I'm pretty certain I will choose the Flathead VI, especially after talking to Todd at ST. Unfortunately, they cannot give any further discounts on this reg. I'm thinking I will pair it with the Zeagle Envoy or the Zeagle ZX (although the second is more money).

Being a new diver, I thought I would go with a traditional Octo, but I would like comments on the pros and cons of an integrated Octo.

I'm close to buying the Zeagle Flathead--this will be my first reg, so I have no antiques yet.

Thanks. There's so much out there to choose from, it's a real puzzle. Because of the great deal on the Zeagle at ST, I probably will go with the sale (but you know about sales--you can go broke).

You are right--I talked to ST today and they cannot do any further discounts (including the forum discount) on the sale Zeagle reg.

Just curious--what do you particularly like about the Oceanic?
