All I see is a second stage. Not enough info in this ad to inspire confidence in this seller. Why can't people take 5 minutes to describe items in more detail? I would want to know make, model, amount of usage, last service date, etc. Never assume anything.

Parse through the cryptic description and they do in fact refer to it as a second stage.

Somebody is selling a new R295/MK2 for that over on SB. http://www.scubaboard.com/showthread...light=ScubaPro

Although I don't know if it's particularly good deal.
I don't buy ScubaPro so I don't know what list is on it.

Might be useful to have the 1st stage also...

you have to be real careful, agree to meet if it is close by and see the regulator upclose and i agree, get the last service date, usage ( could be a DM with 300 dives in ice or something), and most importantly why are they selling it??? plus haggle them down never pay full price on craigs list, most people increase their prices because of this.

That is for a 2nd stage only. You would need to buy a 1st stage also to make it work.

Also if I recall correctly, you're not even certified yet? As much as I am a fan of buying online, cobbling together a kit on the cheap might not be the best approach for someone completely new. There will be plenty of opportunities for that later as you gain experience and knowledge.
