Is there anywhere to get Dacor Viper Reg 1st and 2nd stage serviced along with an Octo?

You will have to call around in your area to find someone who stock piled parts when Mares bought out Dacor...or hopefully someone will respond that is in your area. Not sure if they do it here at Scubatoys or not. I was shocked when I went into my old dive shop and they told me nobody services them any more and I should sell on ebay. I later found out a couple shops in our area have parts to perform the service.

Check Ebay for rebuild kits. Most reg servicemen will do the work if they have the parts. Lots of parts for the Dacors will interchange with other reg manufacturer's products. Things like O-rings are standard sizes and some diaphragms are interchangeable with Dacors.

My LDS had a hell of a time trying to find parts for a piece of Dacor gear that needed repair. Tehy even contacted Mares. They never found so the the gear became a nice paper weight.
Good luck in your search

Mares sold the Viper for a while branded as a Mares reg, so I would think parts are still available.

Quoted from another forum:

"After Mares took over Dacor thay ran an exchange program for a year and then discontinued all the old Dacor Regs.

The only ones you can get parts for are
Dacor Eagle
Dacor Viper
Dacor Fury

These are all based on Mares kit."
