they will all do the job... I have had first hand experience with the RS130 and subsequently own a pair of RS460's... work great for me, and the dive / pre-dive adjustment is handy... (though makes more of a difference on my 460 than it did on the 130)

the others are all good options as well... regs are hard to choose...

Out of those I would go with the RS130, but personally, I would go with Scubapro if that becomes an option.

The one I would pick would probably be the Tusa-its the only one with an adjustable 2nd stage which I really like. Best thing to do is try them and see what works for your type of diving-I live in Upstate NY so I spent a little more on a Zeage DSV because environmentaly sealed is good in the cold water. Good luck.

i personally like sherwood regs, because they are so indestructible, but with everything else in diving, it's all personal preference. I've dove with a Tusa, and an oceanic, but i still like my sherwood maximus, especially the underarm hose on it. but thats just my 200psi.

They should all be fine. Are you planning on any kind of specialized diving?

The TUSA is the only with an adjustable second stage and balanced first stage (depending on which Alpha 8 is chosen), so you are not necessarily comparing apples to apples. So you should decide which features are important to you, and try the regs, then decide.
