TUSA Regs fitting on new Faber tanks

I recently purchased two TUSA reg packages from everyones favorite scuba shop (ST) and found that the regs don't fit over two new Faber tanks that I have. The two Zeagle regs that I also purchased fit on the tanks fine. It seems that right where the reg fitting turns inward is just a little too small.

So, are my only options to get different regs or to replace valves on the tanks?

Thanks,
Scooter McFly

Might help if you say if you're talking about DIN valves/fittings or Yoke on your tank and regulator?

I'm assuming YOKE since you said the don't fit over the valve.

Also might help to say what tank. Like the Faber FX series.

Also what valve? Is it the Blue Steel Valve? (which is the San-o-sub valve)? or a Thermo Valve? or other?

If they don't fit, I'd call larry first and talk to him about options before repalcing the valves since they are new regulators and I haven't seen anyone else complaining about this problem.

(note: I 've got faber tanks, but I've never use the yoke fitting on it).

Mike,

Sorry about that, I am using YOKE fitting. Tank is Faber FX 80cu 3442 with the Pro Valve.

Thanks,
