Do you send you reg back to ST for service?

I bought my Zeagle regs from ST. It performed beautifully in S. Cal. Or Cozumel. Now I need to do annual repair. I am thinking to mail it back to ST and let them do it. Anyone did the same thing here on this board?

Not personally, yet, but I bought a pair of regs for a buddy's birthday (used) and had then serviced, and he's not dead yet!

my LDS seems to be pretty good with prices, and i think i trust them for the most part. 30 bucks for first stage, second stage, and alternate air source. we'll have to see if i'm still living here when i get a set of regs and dive them for a year, though. i have a feeling i'll be using ST's reg service.

Just after xmas we bought two Zeagle DSV set ups and two of the Tusa packages for our teenagers to use....All 4 regs will go back to ST next year for the annual service.

Depending how anal my LDS is about doing a service on a first and second stage I didn't buy from them, I might be sending mine to Scubatoys.

I bought from ST, and send my regs in to them for service via UPS from Washington DC.

I've been very happy with their service. Just make sure you get insurance on your package when you mail it. UPS only insures up to $100 (or something like that) unless you purchase additional insurance, which isn't too expensive.
