Octo Inflator Sizing question
I am looking to add an Octo Inflator to my rig
I have a BCD that its corrugated hose is 1" outside diameter and accomodates/has 1" boot Do most octo-inflators accomodate this sizing? Or are there only specific brands that I can buy to accomodate the hard inflator elbow on my current BCD? Also looking for one for my wife - she dives a Zena Zeagle - same dimensions or different? Reccomendations? Thanks |

I believe the only oddball dimension on the corrugated hose is Oceanic. I'm pretty sure all the rest are 1" so you any octo/inflator except Oceanic (if they make one) will fit.

the zeagle octo z should definitely fit the wife's zena
![]() I would call a lds or ST to find out if there are any that won't fit your bc.

I can't speak for the other octo-inflators, however, the Atomic SS1 comes with three standard connectors (ostensibly to fit the most common corrugated sizes).
Once the connector is zip-tied to the hose, the SS1 screws in and out of the connector (which makes removing it from the BC a pleasure, especially while traveling).
