Although for those that plan to watch set asside some time. It's very informative, but also very long.

I actually saw this video right before I got OW certified. It helped tons. The biggest thing for me was starting early. When you dive 12 feet to the bottom of a pool, you don't really need to equalize, but beyond that it becomes a problem, at least for me. So getting in the habit of equalizing early was the only real trouble I had with my ears.
