i was on youtube(B000!) and found this horrible animal cruelty of these couple of fishermen in hawaii beating on a puffer in shallow water. i hope they learn to scuba--even get on this board--get narced at depth "x" and shoot eachother with spearguns near a hungry shark habitat

arn't there suppsoed to be animal cruelty laws for stuf like this. I mean I have no problem with people hunting or fishing but I think that if a cop comes around the bend and a bunch of guys kicking a carcus they had just shot that they should at least face a major fine or jail time.
