Very cool! Any idea what accident it could have been related to? Looked like the skeleton was in a box towards the end of the video. Maybe a lost coffin?

You do realize this is a fake skeleton??? New Melle called two boxes "The Coffins", it didn't take long for somebody to put a full skeleton in one of them last year. It does kinda look real, but rest assure it is fake.

I was actually kind of pleased with how it turned out...

The vis there on that side of the quarry was pretty bad (as you can tell) and I was pleased enough to just be able to get in there, get the shot and not stir up all the crap you see laying all over everywhere... I had a pretty good buoyancy day.

There's one of the other skele there that I am even more proud of, I will have to post it... I was backfinning basically doing this same shot in reverse and I didn't stir up any junk... was pretty pleased with myself.

When I first saw this guy I thought about the movie Titanic, how they do the original reveal of the ship through the muck... with the bow slowly looming out of the darkness, then the end to end flyover... so I thought I would try to duplicate it.

I got the white balance wrong, and actually fixed it and did another take, but I decided I like the erie brown better... so I went with that...

Shot with a Sealife DC1000 in video mode.
