I don't always dive EAN, but when I do, I dive EAN32.

Hooray for Horizon Charters, Martin Graf, and especially Stephen L. Hewitt. I don’t own a charter business and I’m not a dive master, but if I were and some diver asked me to kit him/her up make sure their weights were correct and worn correctly,etc... I wouldn’t let that person dive. That person is not a diver.
It’s about time some measure of sanity was found in a US courtroom.
Don't know all the details of this case, but it certainly makes sense as divers we understand the risks and we take on those risks on our own. Nobody else should be held accountable for our decisions. It appears in this case, nothing the Dive Op did contributed to anything. I still want "Shady" Dive Ops held accountable if they should be, but this was the right decision here based on the limited information.
