I found a bunch of fishing weights on my first wreck dive last weekend, I left most of them down there... That's about it. My instructor came up with about 1lb of fishing weights, a mask (looked almost new) & had also found a bath tub (he didn't have a lift bag or I bet that would have come up too). It was an old style tub with claw feet...

my ultimate find...
My brother and I stumbled upon two ship cannons in about 25 feet of water and about 5 feet of visability. As we got on shore, we were jumping around and freaking out. We told nobody that night and went out the first thing the next morning only to find about 20 people doing an OW class dive right on top of our amazing find. When, the instructor came to shore, we found out hat the local dive shop placed fake cannons at that location for all the new divers. I never was more embarrassed in my whole life... Treasure hunter, I am not. I hope you all got a laugh. I know I still do. |

I've just found little things like the fishing lure my mother in law had snagged on a sunken tree, golf balls off the beach in Maui, swim goggles, cans, and the like.
I wish I'd find a decent replacement for the sunglasses I've lost. I always find ones that are beat up or rusty |
