Dolphin rescues stranded whales

Got to love 'em....


WELLINGTON, New Zealand (AP) -- A dolphin swam up to two distressed whales that appeared headed for death in a beach stranding in New Zealand and guided them to safety, witnesses said Wednesday.

Dolphins never cease to amaze me. I wonder what the dolphin and the whales were communicating...

It probably went like this....

Dolphin "Dudes...what the hell are you doing"

Whale "We're going people-tipping"

Dolphin "That is cool and all, but I hear there is an open bar near Queensland"

Whale "Well then, we'll follow you."

That is my best guess at least...
