Question How Much for Air and Nitrox Fill

This quote in another thread got me to thinking:

How much do you pay for an Air fill and Nitrox fill?

I've not had a Nitrox fill yet, but locally:

ScubaToys (Carrollton, Tx):
Air -- $5
Nitrox --

Clear Springs Scuba Park (Terrell, Tx):
Air -- $8
Nitrox --

Athens Scuba Park (Athens, Tx):
Air -- $5
Nitrox --

In a previous thread (July 2007 started by cummings66), a few folks answered this question. But, we've had many new folks join since then. In that thread, some fills are based upon actual volume, versus flat-rate per fill. I wish CSSP and Athens did that.

Here, air fills are $5.00, or $15.00 if you have a BP/W.

How would they know if the tanks are on a BP/W or STAB jacket?

(Or does my humor meter require re-calibration?)

One shop is $9 for air, 32%, or 36% plus $.14 per CF over 80. (I haven't had my lp95's filled there yet, so I don't know if they actually charge it.)
The other is air $8 ( or 10 fill card $60) 32% $10 (or 10 fill card $80).
