Question AOW

Hello I was curious what everyone is paying for you aow certification. I have been shopping around and the prices are very different. Some include all the dives and stuff and others do not include all the dives. The place I got my ow cert charges 99 for the class 65 for the books and then you have to do all you 6 dives seperate. I found another place that includes everything dives, instruction, books, 2 night hotel, boat and so on for 350.00. My question is what is everyone else paying?

A scuba shop here in Florida if you do not have tanks they will rent them to you for like 20 for the weekend for all your dives including air. Of course you have to have all of your other equipment or rent it. I thought it was a good deal especially since it includes all 6 dives and your certification. The book is only 30 at this place compared to 65 at the other place that I got my ow certification.

$99 at ScubaToys. Includes books and 6 dives. Does not include scuba park entry (Lake Travis Windy Point) nor equipment nor air. It used to be $200.

Mine was $260, including the dives, minus the book. The dives include an offshore charter, with one deep dive and one shallow dive. All rentals and air fills are included.

I think I paid 250.00, included books, gear, and open water boat dive. Luckily our LDS was running a special discount if you went ahead and signed up for AOW and Stress and Rescue.

$350 for blue water dives compared to lake dive not bad. I was AOW through ST and not that we didn't have fun but vis would be so worth it. Sorry LARRY but I think you know what I mean.
